异史氏与太史公

蒲松龄自称异史氏,是在著述目的、思想情感、艺术手法诸方面与《史记》高度认同的一个标识。《聊斋志异》对于《史记》从体裁、题材、创作思想、价值观、艺术观到表现手法甚至作品编排形式的追寻是全方位的,都是以社会教化为己任追求立一家之言,都为后世留下了一道多采的人物画廊,都在文章取材与体式上具有鲜明的独创性特点,都具有通过编排形式传达创作主旨的良苦用心。而最为本质的特征是都通过艺术形象表达了内心深广的忧愤。

"Yishishi" and "Taishigong"

Pu Songling calls himself Yishishi (scholar of history different from the official). It is a idenfication of highly approval with Records of the Historian in writing aims, thoughts and emotion, artistic technique, etc. His "Liaozhai Zhi Yi" omni-directionally tracks down Records of the Historian from literature style, theme, creative idea, values and artistic view to expression means and work arrangement. They both set up independent opinion by taking the social enlightenment as their own duty. They both left behind the richly colorful character gallery for the later generation. They both have brightly original characteristic in material selecting and writing style. Meanwhile they both painstakingly transmit their primary creation purport through arranging forms. While the most essential characteristic of their works is they both express deeply and widely indignation through the artistic image.
