| 摘 要： | 分析了国内农业产业化现状，用实例分析了我国当前农业产业化的几种经营模式和存在的问题。用经济学理论对当前农业产业化经营的主要模式“龙头企业＋农户”的经营机制进行了剖析，提出了这种模式存在的缺陷和改进措施，归结出“龙头企业＋农民专业合作组织＋农户”是发展农业产业化的有效模式。并针对这种组织模式提出了发展建议。

| Abstract: | The research thesis analyzes the status quo of our domestic agricultural industrialization, the development experience of foreign agricultural industrialization and conducts an authentic analysis of several business models and the existing problems in the current agricultural industrialization of our country. It then analyzes the operating mechanism of the main model ＂leading enterprises ＋ farmers＂, points out the defects of this model, puts forward measures for improvement and sums up an effective model ＂leading enterprises ＋ professional cooperative farmers ＋ farmers＂. The paper comes up with some proposals for development in the hope of promoting the industrial management of agriculture and speeding up the construction of new rural areas. |
