| 摘 要： | 传统以理论灌输为主的课程教学模式,对于培养兼具理论功底又懂实际操作的工商管理类专业人才极为不利,通过构建案例教学法的专业课程教学模式,提出了较为系统的改革思路,以期能够解决目前工商管理类专业人才培养方面遇到的问题.

| Abstract: | The traditional teaching mode gives priority to theory instilling, which does much harm to cultivating talents in industrial and commercial management with both theoretical knowledge and practical operation. The paper is intended to solve the problems of talent cultivation in business management by putting forward a systematic reform thought through the construction of the professional course teaching mode of case teaching. |
