| 摘 要： | 农村进城务工人员数量不断增多,其社会保障问题成为政府和社会亟需解决的问题。分析了农民工社会保障的现状及造成农民工社会保障权益缺失的原因,提出了解决我国农民工社会保障问题的对策。

| Abstract: | With a constant increase in the number of farmers going to work in the cities & towns,greater importance is being attached to the social security of farmer workers,which has become a problem in need of immediate solution.The article analyzes the present conditions of farmer workers' social security and the causes of the shortage of their social security rights and interests and then puts forward some countermeasures. |
