| 摘 要： | 研究发现我国农业现代化滞后于社会的发展,而且自始至终是小农模式基础上的农业现代化。无论从思想层面还是从实践层面上来看,工业化和农业现代化互促互进的思想都只是停留在理念层次上,实际并未得到有效地运用,这也是我国＂三农＂问题产生的根源。在此基础上,指出只有充分发挥政府的扶持作用,充分调动农民的积极性,才能改变农民的附属地位,让农民真正成为农村发展的主体。

| Abstract: | Research shows that agricultural modemization lagged behind the development of society in China and the Chinese agricultural modernization was besed on small-scale agriculture mode. Whether from the ideological level and practice level, the idea that industrialization and agricultural modernization can be promoted by each other has just been staying at a theoretical level and has never been effectively implemented in actual use, which is the origin of the ＂three rural issues＂. Based on this study, the paper points out that only by giving full play to the supporting role of government cart farmers＇ enthusiasm be aroused, the subsidiary status of the peasants can be changed and will farmers really become the subject of rural development. |
