和谐社会进程中社会主义新农村建设问题之研究

ON CONSTRUCTING NEW SOCIALIST COUNTRYSIDE IN THE COURSE OF A HARMONIOUS COMMUNITY

The construction of new socialist countryside is of vital importance to the overall situation of constructing a harmonious community.Starting with the concept of the new socialist countryside,the article probes into the goal and the policy orientation of the new socialist rural construction,analyzes by means of authentic proof the problems that should be paid special attention to,such as the ways to increase peasants' income,the way to organize agricultural production,the supplies mechanism of rural public products,the relationship between rural industrialization and rural urbanization in the course of advancing new rural construction.The paper then puts forward corresponding measures in expectation of contributing to the construction of the new socialist countryside.
