| Abstract: | Henan Province must do a good job in the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone with modem special agricultural zones as the core. The paper expounds on the connotations and traits of modem special agricultural zones and analyzes Henan＇ s special significance and prominent advantages in building modern special agricultural zones. It then comes up with some basic concepts and policy recommendations. |
