| Abstract: | The construction of innovative zones is an important part of implementing the strategic goal of constructing an innovative country at present and in the future. Promoting the construction of innovative zones should be a precondition for social sustainable development and should also accelerate the enhancing of independent innovation ability which is the core of constructing innovative zones on the basis of. ＂comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable＂ development . Therefore, it＇s necessary to give new theoretical thought to the sustainable development of hi -tech zones and the improving of independent innovation ability from the perspective of soft science of the correlation between them. |
