| 摘 要： | 由于物质和精神的双重“贫困”,高校贫困生的心理问题十分突出,自卑、抑郁、焦虑及人际交往困难等消极心理已严重影响了贫困生的健康成长,健全贫困生的资助体系、加强贫困生自我心理脱贫的心理健康教育、注重校园文化建设、发挥学校心理咨询作用是解决高校贫困大学生心理问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Owing to the physical and psychological poverty,the poor college students' psychological problems stand out.Negative psychological factors such as self abasement,depressedness,worry and difficulty in getting along with others have affected the poor students'healthy growth.Therefore,the establishment of funding system,strengthening psychological education to help the poor students getting rid of "poverty",emphasis on campus cultural construction,full play of psychological consultation are the effective solutions to the poor students' psychological problems. |
