| 摘 要： | 目前制约我国数字图书馆发展的主要因素有资金不足、馆员素质较差、馆藏结构小而全及传统观念的束缚等.针对现状提出了改变传统观念、提高馆员素质、多渠道积累资金、发展专业化的馆藏结构等措施,以加快我国数字图书馆的建设和发展.

| Abstract: | Analyzing the present situation of digitalized library in our country,we find that the main factors which restrict the development of digitalized library are lack of capital,low predisposition of the librarian,less bookstock and traditional ideas.In order to speed the construction and the development of digitalized library.considering present situation,we must try following measures:changing traditional idea,upraising the librarian's predisposition,accumulating funds by all means and developing the collection of professional books. |
