| 摘 要： | 当代新农村建设中社会法律控制面临着国家法律在乡村社会的控制力度与效度的削弱等问题。主要原因是制度内的国家法律供给不足且与乡村社会需要不甚契合、乡村社会里社团组织和中介组织缺乏等。要解决这些问题就要切实采取措施实现国家法律与民间规则的良性互动、加强对乡村社会法律资源的供给以及切实推进行政控制手段自身的改革。

| Abstract: | The legal control of the rural society in contemporary China faces some problems, for example, the power and effectiveness of state law controls in the rural society of China have been reduced. The main reasons are as follows ： the inadequate and unsuitable supply of law in the rural society and the lack of community organizations and intermediary organizations in the rural community. To solve these problems, we must take practical measures to strengthen the legal resources supply in the rural society and encourage interaction of state laws and the civil rules. |
