| Abstract: | The paper gives a brief account of the origin of academic improper phenomena and discusses the positive roles sci-tech editors play in spotting and foretalling academic improper conduct and requirement from such four aspects as follows： giving full play to the roles of publication contracts,making use of various retrieval data base,insisting on submiting to persons suited to their special training for revision,shortening publishing cycle. |
