| 摘 要： | 在分析研究素质教育中科学素质和人文素质关系的基础上，论述了大学生素质教育的三个层次：科学知识与人文知识的贯通；科学精神与人文精神的互补；科学行为与人文行为的平衡。认为大学和大学教师在大学生素质教育中起主导作用，弘扬中国传统文化是提高大学生综合素质的良方。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses university students＇ quality-oriented education at 3 levels based on analyzing and studying the relationship between scientific quality and humane knowledge in quality-oriented education： a thorough knowledge of both scientific know-how and humane know-how; mutual complementarity of scientific spirit and humane spirit; the balance between scientific behaviour and humane behaviour. The paper believes that universities and university teachers play a leading part in students＇ quality-oriented education and that carrying forward the Chinese traditional culture is a good way of improving students＇ overall qualities. |
