| 摘 要： | 分析了新时期大学生党建与思想政治工作面临的挑战,论述了大学生党建工作是推进思想政治教育的有效途径,并指出坚持科学发展观为指导,以加强大学生党建为核心,注重大学生理想信念教育,发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用,发挥共产党员先锋模范作用,不断开创大学生网络党建工作新局面等不断提升思想政治教育实效性的方法。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the new challenge the university student＇s party construction and ideological ＆ political work are faced with in the new period. It believes that the university student＇ s party construction work is an effective way to advance ideological ＆ political education. It points out some effective methods of promoting ideological ＆ political education as follows ： persisting with scientific idea of development, strength- ening the core of the university student＇ s party construction, laying stress on educating the student＇ s ideal and giving play to the exemplary vanguard role of the party members, creating a new prospect for the university student＇s party construction online, etc. |
