| 摘 要： | 阐述了粮食物流发展的五大趋势,指出粮食物流企业应该构建粮食供应链,实施粮食供应链管理;粮食企业物流模式、经营范围和主体投资应实施多样化发展;粮食物流企业应加强发展粮食配送业务;粮食物流企业应积极运用现代信息和管理技术,提高运作和管理效率;粮食物流企业需要转变企业利润增长模式,由追求单一企业利润最大化向追求综合成本最小化转变。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds five development trends in grain logistics industry and points out that grain logistics enterprises should build food supply chain,enforce the management of grain supply chain;the logistics business model,the main scope of business and investment should be diversified;grain logistics enterprises should strengthen the development of grain distribution business,actively use modern information and management techniques and improve the operation and management efficiency;grain logistics enterprises need to change the mode of profit growth in order to realize the change from the pursuit of maximizing profits to the pursuit of minimizing comprehensive cost. |
