| 摘 要： | 财务管理是高等院校管理体系的基础和重要组成部分。财务管理水平的高低直接影响和制约着高等院校的发展。从理顺财务管理体制、强化预算管理、优化资源配置、提高财会人员素质、完善内控制度五个方面阐述了高等院校如何强化财务管理工作。

| Abstract: | The management of financial affairs is a foundation and an important part of the management system in institutions of higher education. The management of financial affairs affects directly the development of institutions of higher education.This paper explains in detail how to enhance financial management work in institutions of higher education from five aspects involved in smoothing financial management system,enhancing budget management,optimizing the resources distribution,improving the qualities of financial workers and perfecting the system of internal control. |
