| Abstract: | Recycling economy,aimed at saving resources,purifying environment and achieving sustainable development of ecological economy,has been recognized as the inexorable trend and mode of economic development in the central part of China and calls for the transformation of growth style of economy. This paper classifies the 5 levels of recycling economy and proposes a series of measures for materializing the leaping-forward of economic advancement in the central area of China. |
