| 摘 要： | 制度是经济增长的源泉,不同的制度安排导致不同的经济绩效.在分析湖北省资源环境制度建设中存在问题的基础上,从新制度经济学视角,提出湖北省"两型社会"建设应从正式制度、非正式制度和实施机制三个方面入手构建资源环境制度体系.

| Abstract: | Institution arrangement is such an ultimate source of economic growth that different institution arrangements result in different economic achievements.From the perspective of new institutional economics,this paper analyses some problems in the resource and environment institution arrangement,and then tries to conceive an institutional frame for the two-oriented society construction in Hubei Province,including formal institution,informal institution and enforcement mechanism. |
