摘    要:传统上 ,计量教育投资的社会收益是以工资的增长作为衡量指标 ,这样的模型中存在不足之处。本文以整体社会生产能力为指标建立了新的模型 ,并对香港历年的资料进行实证分析 ,得出更为合理的分析结论。

Abstract:In tradition, individual wage increment is the only index to measure the returns to education investment. Some defaults may exist in those traditional models. In this paper, a new model involving total factor productivity (TFP),in contrast to previous studies using individual wage increment approach for the measurement, is set up.Then, The data from Hong Kong education department are applied to this new model and traditional model respectively. The results demonstrate the proposed model in this paper is more effective and reasonable.
