我国企业员工心理资本结构研究

摘    要:本文在实地调查的基础上,通过探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析表明:我国企业员工心理资本由自信、希望、乐观和坚韧四个维度构成,四维度具有区分效度与收敛效度,并同属高阶因子--心理资本;心理资本测量具有文化差异性.

Abstract:On the basis of survey,this paper uses the analysis of probing factor and testing factor to testify that the psychological capital of Chinese employees has four dimensions: confidence,hope,optimism and diligency.The four dimensions have convergent validity and discriminant validity and they belong to the same high factor.The scaling of psychological capital has cultural differences.
