| 摘 要： | 本文以我国23家财险公司为对象,建立超越对数函数形态的随机成本边界模型,分别从内因和外因两个层面分析了财险公司成本效率的影响因素.研究发现,内因影响下的独资企业与内资企业间的成本效率差距高于外因影响下二者之间的差距,同时暴露出我国保险业的外延式扩张之路对财险公司的成本效率提升产生了较明显的负面影响.我国财险公司在保险深度较高的东部沿海地区开始朝向内涵式增长转型的时机已经成熟.
