从SARS事件看政府危机管理

危机就是危险加机遇。面对危机,政府必须加强危机管理。一套完备的危机管理体系应当包括危机预警、危机救治、危机评估复原三个部分。这次SARS事件暴露出我国政府危机管理存在的诸多问题,尤其是危机管理体系的欠缺。我们应把握SARS事件带来的机遇,树立危机意识,加强危机管理,建立适合我国国情的危机管理体系。

Research on Government's Crisis Management from SARS

Crisis means both danger and chance. When facing crisis, the government must strengthen its administration. A perfect system of crisis administration consistsof crisis prevention, crisis treatment, crisis evaluation and restoration. SARS has revealed many problems in our government's crisis management, especially the shortage of system of crisis administration. Wu should take the chance, set up the consciousness of crisis management and strengthen it, and establish a system of crisis administration that suits our national conditions.
