| 摘 要： | 微观经济理论认为竞争是有效的、垄断是无效的.但寡头垄断已成为产业组织结构的主流.本文在分析产业组织发展过程的基础上,阐释了成熟产业的产业组织结构为何是寡头垄断与中小企业并存以及产业内部寡头更迭的原因.

| Abstract: | Microeconomic theory suggests that competition is efficient while monopoly is inefficient in spite of the fact that oligopoly has become the main stream of the structure of industrial organization.Based on the analysis of the development process of industrial organization,this article explored the causes for the co-existence of oligopolies and middle and small businesses (MSB) in the structure of well-developed industrial organization,and also the causes for dominance alternation within an industry. |
