| 摘 要： | 90年代末以来 ,台商投资兴趣从东莞转移到了苏州地区。基于对几个典型台商的访谈 ,本文分析了东莞和苏州个人电脑 (PC)台商产业群的差异。比较两个产业群 ,发现台商网络根植在当地网络中的程度不同。文章指出了东莞在台商采购和人才本地化的薄弱 ,以及政府行为不规范 ,并解释了苏州由于较优的人力资源和政府行为 ,台商采购和人才本地化较强 ,使其能够吸引和形成根植的台商集群。这些经验教训是我国其他外向型区域都需要认真思考的。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the regional inequality between the Taiwanese PC-related industrial clusters in Dongguan and Suzhou. The two examples show that the extent to which the Taiwanese industrial networks are embedded to the local network differs. Since the end of 1990s the Taiwanese firms have shifted their interest from Dongguan area to Suzhou area. Based on the survey,the paper points out the problems of weak local suppliers and recruits and the unfixed behavior of local governments for Taiwanese firms in Dongguan.However, in the context of the better human resources and local government behavior in Suzhou,the paper explains that the local purchasing and recruiting of Taiwanese firms have become the important cause for Suzhou's attracting and forming local embedded Taiwanese PC-related clusters. This is the lesson that other outward-oriented regions of China should learn from. |
