| 摘 要： | 经济理论和经验研究都表明外商直接投资(FDI)对于我国20多年来经济发展的重要作用。但是,近来的研究工作提出了FDI对于发展中国家经济发展的一些潜在的风险。本文首先对FDI在发展中国家经济发展中的潜在风险的理论分析进行了综述,然后根据中国引进FDI的实际情况,提出中国在未来吸引FDI的政策调整。

| Abstract: | Both economic theory and expierence studies make it clear that Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) has had great influence on the economic developement of China in the past 20 years. However, the recent FDI studies raise some potential risks that FDI brings to the economic development of the developing countries The article summarizes the theoretical analyses of such potential risks and, according to the experiences of attracting FDI in China, puts forword some policy suggestions on the future FDI attraction of China |
