| 摘 要： | 在综述国内外有关环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)研究文献的基础上,对有关EKC研究存在的问题及对该理论的质疑进行了梳理与总结.从EKC模型内生缺陷、指标选取、计量方法以及模型的解释力等角度对这些质疑进行了系统的论述与评析.认为经济与环境之间关系是复杂的,仅考虑收入水平的变动去解释环境质量的变化注定难以得出有效的结果.当前学界过于注重讨论EKC的形状及拐点,一定程度上使研究走向了歧途,剖开经济一环境"黑箱"去探寻EKC曲线背后的作用机制才是更重要、更有实际意义的工作.

| Abstract: | On the basis of studying the literature of Environmental Kuznets Curves(EKC),this paper summarizes the critiques about EKC,and illustrates them from the aspects of the endogenous bias,index choosing,econometric method and interpretation ability of the model.The paper also points out that the relationship between economic development and environmental quality is so complicated that it is doomed incredible to use the income only to infer the environment quality.The tendency of taking all efforts on quarreling... |
