摘    要:在总结分析了现有供应链合作机制的相关研究成果后,指出供应链中的协调与控制机制应采用混合式的方式。这一方式得以有效实施的关键是制定合理的利益分配机制,在利益分配机制的构建过程中权威企业的建立及其作用尤为重要。在对企业权威及权威企业进行剖析后,给出了供应链企业间面向多次(重复型)合作协调的定量分析模型,该模型分为无限重复型与有限重复型两种方式。在分别给出了上述两种模型的定量化表达式后,针对模型各自的特点结合相应的分析并得到了对应的结论。上述模型对供应链协调与激励机制的制定具有一定的实际指导意义。

Abstract:This paper analyses the relative results of coordinative mechanism in supply chain.The coordinative and control mechanism in supply chain should adopt the mixed mode.The key in using the mixed mode is how to establish the mechanism of benefit distribution.To build the authoritative enterprise and its effect is very important in the process of establishing the mechanism of benefit distribution.Based on the analysis of the enterprise's power and the authoritative enterprise,the quantify model,which describes the repetitive coordination in the supply chain enterprise,is put forward.This model is divided into two parts.One describes the infinitely repeated model and the other the finitely repeated model.The relevant results are put forward after giving the above-mentioned two quantitative expressions.These model scan be used as a guidance for establishing the coordinative and incentive mechanism.
