| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪不久, 我国能源消费增长速度高于 GDP增长速度, 出现了电力、煤炭和石油等能源供应紧张的状况。本文针对能源紧缺的现状, 重点分析了缓解我国能源瓶颈的五大因素及其在当前降低能源消耗方面所发挥的作用, 并对此提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In the beginning of the new century, the speed of energy consumption increases more than that of GDP, so that energy supply, such as electricity, coal, petroleum, etc., runs short. Aiming at the status quo of energy scarcity, the paper analyzes five factors which can eliminate the energy choke point, describes their functions in reducing energy consumption, and with this, puts forward relevant policy measures. |
