| 摘 要： | 随着"中部崛起"战略的实施和湖北经济发展的速度加快,企业对外直接投资出现了一些新特征.主要表现在对外直接投资单项规模扩大,高新技术产业投资有所增长,投资区位分布更加广泛,投资主体日益多元化,独资和并购方式受到青睐.本文通过分析这些新特征,试图揭示湖北企业对外直接投资的变化脉络及发展趋势,以便为湖北企业对外直接投资的战略调整提供参考依据.
