| 摘 要： | 女性企业家在社会经济体系中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但在现实中女性创业还是受到许多的限制。本文在结合前人研究基础上,对浙江省部分女企业家进行了调查,对她们创业的动机和目标进行了研究。
