| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前地方政府行为动机分析中的问题 ,对地方政府的行为进行重新定位。文章运用博弈论的方法研究改革开放以后我国地方政府之间的横向博弈及其效应 ,建立了一个新的解释地方政府行为的博弈模型 ,博弈经过三个阶段 ,最终的子博弈精炼均衡是地方合作。

| Abstract: | This article re-positions the local government behavior based on the current research of the motive for such behavior. It researches the transverse game and its effect between local governments in the course of reform and opening to the outside world by using the game theory. We establish a new game model that explainsthe local government behavior.The game goes through three phrases.The ultimate result of a sub-game perfect equilibrium should be the interregional cooperation. |
