借迎评之机将农牧科学系做强

农牧科学系是河套大学1985年建校伊始创设的三个系之一。建系以来,在培养目标上随着社会需求的改变进行相应的调整。胡锦涛指出"高技能人才是推进技术创新和实现科技成果转化的重要力量。要通过学校教育培养、企业岗位培训、个人自学提高等方式,加快高技能人才培养。"这一指示为高等职业教育的发展进一步指明了方向,也让农牧科学系明确了自己的培养目标。

Taking the opportunity of the Assessment to Build My Department

My department is one of those established at the founding of Hetao University.Ever since its set-up,it has adjusted and readjusted its goal of talents cultivation according to the social needs of the area,knowing that highly skilled personnel is an important force in promoting technical innovation and realizing the transformation of research achievement and that it is imperative to quicken the steps of talents cultivation through school education,on the job training and individual's self-study.This seems the best road we are supposed to take.
