| 摘 要： | 目前的企业只是生产单位形式,既不是真正的所有者,又不能完全地自主经营,更不能彻底地自负盈亏,国有企业与市场条件下的“企业”有极大的差距,不能成为真正意义上的市场主体,真正的市场主体的塑造,还必须通过体制的改革,实现企业的自主地位。

| Abstract: | Currently enterprise,which is neither the real owner nor complete self-manager and even can-t be responsible for its profit and deficit,is just a form of manufacture unit.State-owned enterprises ,whice can't really become the main body of the market,are great different form those in the market.Therefore the establishment of the main status needs system reform and performing of enterprise initiative. |
