| Abstract: | There are three main reasons influencing the development of university ueriodical.The first one is the great bondage of traditional opinions and old systems.The second one is the limitation of"dividinf-up edition"and the great influence of the mode of"mess issue".The third one is the restriction of"inner works"and the great disturbance of"pleading works".Powerful university periodical should firstly set up new ideology and incessantly strengthen its competitiveness,secondly develop its characteristics and features to incessantly select excellent tasks,and thirdly pay attention to local features. |
