| 摘 要： | 农村精英在农村社会转型过程中是一支重要的力量,这表现为他们在政治、经济、文化等方面对农村生产和生活的重要影响。要实现农村社会的发展必须重现农村精英的能动性,同时必须警惕其局限性,具体可通过改革体制、提高精英素质等措施,发挥农村精英在转型期的巨大作用。

| Abstract: | Village elites play important role in the process of China's rural social transformation.Politically,economically and culturally,they influence the producing and life of village.It points out in this article that there must be a village elite activism to push the development of rural society,and in the meantime,it should also watch out the limitation of village elite activism.Through reforming system and improving the quality of character etc,there can accomplish the huge function of village elite in the China's rural social transformation period. |
