| 摘 要： | 管理活动以管理关系存在为基本前提,管理具有合规律性;同时,由于管理的价值和伦理性质以及伦理的管理本质,管理又具有合目的性1]。根据管理的这一基本原理,本文重点研究了现代管理中的经济管理关系,以及经济管理关系中的伦理意义、伦理向度和超越其经济目的的伦理诉求。

| Abstract: | The existence of management relation is the fundamental prerequisite of management activity.Management is in conformity with the law;at the same time,management is in conformity with the goal because of the value of management,ethics nature and the management essence of ethics.According to the fundamental principle of management,this article pays more attention to researching the economic management relation of modern management,the ethics significance,ethics dimensionality and ethics pour exceeding its economic purpose in the economic management relation. |
