| 摘 要： | 传统“廉耻”观包括公与私、廉与贪、荣与辱三方面内容,它是中国古代社会吏德建设的重要内容之一,有着深厚的社会文化基础。在现代法治社会的视角之下,重新辨析“廉耻”观,对于加强新时期公民的荣辱意识,有重要的理论与现实意义。

| Abstract: | The traditional idea of integrity and disgrace contains three contents: public and private,integrity and greedy;honor and disgrace,which is an important content of official ethics in old China,and it has the profound cultural foundation.On the basis of the legal system,we should afresh differentiate and analyze the idea of integrity and disgrace,reconstruct the idea of honor and disgrace to the staff,it is an important content of the construction on administrative ethics in modern China. |
