管理价值选择的伦理意蕴

管理是人类社会最基本的实践活动,因此,管理一方面具有实现人性、维护秩序、争取效益、协调社会等方面的社会伦理的意义;另一方面社会伦理也必须依赖于管理理念的提升和管理思想的推行而发挥作用。本文通过对传统社会和现代社会伦理条件下管理理念中道德化和科学化的局限与困境的反思与批判,明确强调无论何种管理都应永远被视为实现人性的方法及工具,必须接受人性需求与人的全面发展的价值导引。文章强调,我们必须站在人性的基点上,确立一种后现代社会的管理理念,以归正管理的价值方向,并为最终促进和保障社会和谐、有序和可持续发展提供观念上的支持。

The Ethical Implication of The Choice of Administrative Value

The ethics of modern society should aim to develophumanity,understand tradition,and coordinate the contemporary age.Administration is the most basic practical activity of our humansociety.Therefore,management has its social ethical meaning ofrealizing humanity,defending order,striving for benefit andcoordinating society and so on.Meanwhile,social ethics must rely on thepromotion of administrative idea and the pursuit of administrativethought to elaborate its function.The thesis clearly emphasizes thatregardless of what kind of administration it is,it should be for goodregarded as a means or a tool to realize humanity,by self-exminationand critique of limitation and difficult position of the administrativeidea's moralization and scientification under the ethical conditions oftraditional and modern society,and must accept the value guidance ofhumanity needs and human's all-round development.Lastly,the article stresses that we should establish administrativeideas of post-modern society based on humanity to rectify the valuedirection of administration,and provide conceptional support to promoteand ensure the harminous,orderly and sustainable development of thesociety ultimately.
