农村社区教育与农民的社会化

现代社会的发展对我国农民的社会化提出了新的要求,这就必然要求农村社区教育落到实处。要保证农村社区教育的正常进行,必须注意其目的性、启蒙性、党政性、区域性、整体性、全面性等特点,农村社区教育应以培养农民承担各种新的社会角色,并促进农民个性的和谐发展等为主要内容。针对我国农村和农民所存在的历史和现实问题,一是要充分理解农村社区教育在农民社会化中的重要作用;二是要充分发挥新型农村学校在农村社区教育中的核心作用。

On the Rural Community Education and the Socialization of Peasants

Chinese peasants are demanded more by the development of modern society,which request the officer to put the rural community education into practice.In order to insure the rural community education in well-balanced,the officer should pay more attention to the character of rural community education which is purposeful,initiatory,authorized,regional,holistic and all-sided.The peasants should be made to take on all kinds of new social roles and their personality will obtain development in harmonious through the rural community education.In view of the historical and realistic questions which exist in rural area and the peasant,the officer must fully comprehend the significant role of the rural community education in the process of socialization of Chinese peasants and make the late-model rural school become the core of rural community education.
