The Urban Community Construction:a Practice to Enhance the Residents'Welfare

With development of urban community's construction of our country,it is questions which the government cares about at present how to find the clear goal and action route for the community building,but also a hot issue of academic research.This text first proposes the main goal of the community building is to improve resident's welfare,thinks that community's function and target with welfare development objective consistent,has decided the construction community welfare's feasibility.The paper also proposes a welfare community should pay attention using the government and the resident two strengths,properly handle the relationship between hardware construction and software,needs to persist the institutional innovation and concept innovation union,achieve the diversification of funding and so on multiplication questions.
