论近代报刊与中国现代化意识的交互关系

本文从两方面论述了近代报刊与中国现代化意识之间的关系。近代报刊作为大众传播媒介对于近代中国主要社会思潮———现代化意识的萌芽和发展有着巨大的促进作用,是现代化意识的引进者、培育者、刺激者和普及者;另一方面,中国现代化意识的发展也给近代报刊的发展提供了一个特殊的生存环境,使得近代报刊具有了与时代相适应的特殊性质、功能、地位和特点。

On the Inter-relationship between the Modern Press and The China Modernization Consciousness

The thesis mainly expounds the relationship between the modern press and the China modernization consciousness from two aspects.On the one hand,as the mass media,the modern press is the recommender,cultivator,and stimulator of modernization consciousness which is one of the main social consciousness in modern China,and makes a great promotion to the seeds and developments of modernization consciousness.On the other hand,the development of China modernization consciousness provides a special existence environment for that of modern press.It makes the latter own the special qualities,functions,status and characters fitting in with the times.
