| 摘 要： | 有效发挥大学教学的功能,必须明确教师在教学中的角色定位及其相应的师生关系的性质.在大学教学系统中,教师应该是学生发展的引导者、促进者,是教学过程的组织者、调节者,是教学活动的反思者、创造者;教师与学生之间是传承关系、导学关系、合作关系和相长关系.

| Abstract: | It's necessary to ascertain the role orientation of the teachers and the nature of teacher-student relationship to effectively exert the function of college teaching.In the system of college teaching,teachers should act the guides and promoters to students' development,the constitutors and governors in the process of teaching,the reflecting and creators of teaching activities.The relationship between teachers and studentes should be of teaching,guiding,cooperating and promoting each other. |
