对消费升级拉动经济增长的思考

经济理论和实践证明,消费升级必然拉动经济增长。但消费升级受到多方面因素影响,必须实行积极的消费政策,引导消费升级以推动经济的进一步增长。本文通过对我国居民消费升级的历史回顾,对消费升级拉动经济增长的诸要素进行了分析,同时指出了目前我国在消费升级上所面临的一系列问题,提出了若干可以采取的调控措施,以扩大消费需求推动消费升级,从而拉动经济的进一步增长。

The Reflection on Consuming Upgrade Pulling Economic Increase

Economic theories and practice have proved that consuming upgrade surely pull economic increase and a lot of factors affect consuming upgrade so that positive consuming policies have to be carried out to lead consuming upgrade and to promote eco- nomic increase. Through historical review on consuming upgrade of residents in China, the paper analyzes many factors that consum- ing upgrade pulls economic increase, pointed out the difficulties of consuming upgrade in China, and brings forward many possible solutions to expanding consuming demand and pushing it upgrade and pulling economic increase.
