Application of Moral Algebra in the Decision Making in Project Investment

This paper discusses the problem of decision making in project investment. When the decision makers encounter many head-to-head projects, how can they make wiser choice? On the basis of introducing the evaluation indicators of decision making in project investment, applying Benjamin Franklins Moral or Prudential Algebra, the paper proposes a system for making good choice so that the decision makers could make the right decision.
