| 摘 要： | 高校和谐校园文化是和谐高校建设的一个不可或缺的组成部分。高校和谐校园文化是指高校校园文化构成系统中各层次与各关联、参与主体之间所呈现出的一种相互协调与促进、共同发展与进步的状态。高校和谐校园文化有着层次和谐与关系和谐两个不同向度，其中层次和谐具体表现为物质层次、精神层次、制度层次三种层次和谐，关系和谐则表现为高校内部及其与之关联的组织相互之间的关系和谐以及由之形成的党群与干群关系、师生关系、师师关系、生生关系等诸多主体之间的关系和谐。
