| Abstract: | Universities will become a center of society and an important force influencing the economic development in time of knowledge economy in which three social functions of the university, such as training qualified personnel, developing science and serving the society, will make some essential changes. Only with these changes can universities play a greater part as a base of training qualified personnel and the source of knowledge. |
