| 摘 要： | 企业间合作创新是企业微观层面提高创新绩效、转型升级的手段之一，是国家宏观层面创新驱动战略可供参考的途径之一。本文梳理了国内外近年来的相关文献，总结了合作创新对创新绩效影响的主要因素及影响机理，最后指出现有研究的不足，展望未来研究方向。

| Abstract: | At the micro level, Inter - enterprise Cooperative Innovation is one of the ways for enterprises to improve their innova- tion performance and to upgrade their transformation. While at the macro level, it is also one referential approach to implement innovation- driven strategies. This paper reviews the relevant literature home and abroad in recent years, sums up the factors concerning Inter - enterprise Cooperative Innovation on innovation performance and their working mechanism. Finally it points out shortcomings in these researches and corresponding future research orientations. |
