| 摘 要： | 韩国大公司驱动型经济模式与台湾地区中小企业（SMEs）驱动型经济模式分别是韩国和台湾地区竞争优势和技术创新的主要来源。但是，在发展创新驱动型经济时代，韩国和台湾地区的经济发展模式受到了前所未有的挑战。在此背景下，韩国和台湾地区提出并实施了一系列促进创新驱动型经济发展的公共政策。本文介绍韩国与台湾地区创新驱动发展的主要公共政策，在此基础上简要指出这些公共政策对我国创新驱动发展的政策含意。

| Abstract: | The large - firm - driven economic model in Korea and the SME - driven economic model in Taiwan are their respec- tive major sources of competitive advantages and technological innovations. However, in the era of innovation - driven economic development, both Korean and Taiwanese economic development models have been unprecedentedly challenged. Against this background, Korea and Taiwan have proposed and implemented a series of public policies promoting innovation - driven economic development. This paper introduces the major public policies of innovation - driven development in Korea and Taiwan. Then based on this discussion, it briefly points out the policy implications of these public policies for innovation - driven development in China. |
