国有企业培训动力的生成机制及其弱化的原因分析

摘    要:企业对员工进行培训的动因源于企业实现其发展目标的需要 ,员工接受培训的动力源自员工实现自我发展目标和不断适应职位工作的需要。企业实际追求的目标是由经营者确定的 ,或隐含在经营者的管理行为中 ,国企经营者的目标与企业目标的差异是导致国企办培训动力不足的主要原因。国企当前绩效评估和收入分配状况严重削弱了员工接受培训的动力。应从根本上再造国有企业的微观机制 ,以增强国企办培训和员工接受培训的动力

Abstract:The motive force that enterprises train their employees comes from the need of realizing their development aims, and the motive force that the employees take part in the training comes from the need of self-development and adapting the positions. The main reason why the state-owned enterprises lack the motive force of training is that there is a gap between the managers' aim and the enterprises' aim. So we must totally rebuild the micro-mechanism of the state-owned enterprises to enhance the motive force of enterprises' carrying out the training and employees' participating in the training.
