| 摘 要： | 《刘鹗集》是百年来第一次将刘鹗各类著作材料汇集在一起的一部专集，是目前唯一的一部刘鹗的著作集。本文对刘鹗的生平、业绩进行了扼要的述评，将其生平划分为六个时期，并对刘鹗的师承关系和相关问题进行了研究和探讨。
